Too Faced Bronzers (Review)

Too Faced Bronzers (Review)

There’s something about Too Faced that draws me in every time I step into a Sephora–the super-girly packaging, the fan-favorite products, the on-trend colors… Too Faced always catches my eye. While it isn’t cheap, Too Faced is reasonably priced for high-end, high-quality makeup. My sister practically swears by the brand, which is playful and fresh without screaming “I’m for teenagers.” In fact, I would argue that a number of adults (or at least pseudo-adults like me) consider it a go-to brand.

I’ve sampled a variety of Too Faced products over the years, but a standout for me is the Too Faced bronzers. I often prefer a subtle, neutral blush, and I love using the Snow Bunny bronzer for a warm glow. I apply it to my cheeks, my forehead, and sometimes even my nose. The pink undertones give my porcelain skin a natural-looking tan, like I’ve spent a day on the beach or the slopes. It makes me look healthy and fresh.

Too Faced Bronzers (Review)

The Too Faced Chocolate Soleil bronzers are iconic, because they smell (and taste, should a little powder float into your mouth) just like chocolate. While some of Too Faced’s scented products gross me out a little (I can’t get over the fake candy smell of the Sweet Peach Palette), the cocoa powder-infused bronzers have a natural, yummy chocolate smell. I use Milk Chocolate Soleil, a matte bronzer ideal for fair skin. You can use it for a soft contour, but admittedly it has more of a warm tint. The Chocolate Soleil and Dark Chocolate Soleil bronzers are good for deeper skin tones–I love that this range has shade variety.

What are your favorite luxury bronzers? I’m such a bronzer fiend– well, I suppose I’m just a makeup fiend in general. Be sure to follow me on Instagram and Bloglovin’ and Happy New Year!
